Pet Policy

As a Timberland Partners community, we believe pets deserve a paw-fect home as well! Read on for more details about our pet-friendly apartments, including pet policies and amenities.

We are pet friendly! We allow both cats and dogs.
Max 2 pets allowed per household.
Monthly pet rent $25 per pet.
One-time pet fee $400 per pet.
No weight limit.
Dogs must be 6 months of age or older.
Breed restrictions: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Pit Bull Terrier, Terrier Stafford, Chow, Doberman, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, Cane Corso, Wolf-Hybrids

The following dog breeds are restricted (except in the case of an approved reasonable accommodation). Additional breeds restricted by local or state ordinances and/or laws are also enforced.

PET REGISTRATION

All pets must be registered with our management office. Unregistered pets are considered unauthorized. Residents are required to provide veterinary verification of age, weight, and vaccination history, along with a photo of their pet(s).

BARK PARK

Let your pet run wild and have a great time at our on-site bark park! This fenced-in area provides a fun environment to exercise, socialize, and burn off energy.

PET WASTE STATIONS

Our community is thoughtfully equipped with pet waste stations, making it easy for residents to clean up after their pets. These stations help keep our grounds clean and enjoyable for everyone.

POOPRINTS

We want to ensure that we provide a clean neighborhood for all of our residents. To help with the goal of minimizing pet waste throughout our community, we are a proud partner with PooPrints! Upon move-in, each dog is required to provide a DNA swab.

CAGED PETS

Certain caged pets are also welcome in our community, including but not limited to chinchillas, ferrets, guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils, rabbits, non-venomous reptiles, birds, and fish. Animals that are not allowed include spiders and potbelly pigs. We allow one pet cage per apartment. For further information on our pet policy and fees associated, please contact our team.
